Due to sudden floods and heavy rains in Vijayawada nearly 40% of the city was drowned. Due to heavy rains since one week many of the houses were in rainwater, the houses were drowned up to 10 feet in rainwater. The citizens at Vijayawada have lost all their essentials, electronic equipments, food essentials, etc.
So in this situation on behalf of Brahma Kumaris organisation we helped all the needy with essential food items, clothes, plastic items and other essential items.
We shared Baba’s message also, and motivated all to take care of the environment, which is the duty of every person in this world to protect our surroundings.
Bro. Mahadev Appaji Rao local Corporator also motivated everyone. BK Shanta incharge of Vijayawada centres gave her blessings and good wishes. BK Padmaja, Jaya and Sindhu Latha gave Baba’s message, motivated all and conducted meditation.
10 percent of BK families in Vijayawada have also lost all their essentials, electronic equipments etc. Our other BK family in Andhrapradesh are also supporting to help the flood victims.
